Rajiv Mehta has worked in the creative and IT industry since 2003, and has been teaching and mentoring students for more than 20 years. He leads Creative-i Technologies as its Director, a role he has held since 2012.
His career began with formal training in creativity and technology. In 2000 he completed a course in Animation and Multimedia at Arena Multimedia, Delhi. He later earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication (PGDJMC) from Punjabi University, Patiala. Together, these gave him both technical design skills and a solid understanding of media and communication, which is a strong foundation for today’s digital marketing world.
Before CIT, he worked in the industry as a graphic team leader and designer in Mohali, and as a team leader in SEO in Chandigarh. His expertise covers graphic design, web design, front-end development (HTML, CSS), WordPress and digital marketing.
Under his guidance, CIT has grown into one of Patiala’s best-known training institutes, with over 1,000 graduates and an ISO 9001 certification. He built the courses around live projects, internships and placement support, because he believes students learn best by doing real work.
